Rental period
Minimum rental period is 12 months. Preferred rental contract is for one year or longer.
Capacity
Each single apartment is for ONE person.
Double apartment is for max. 2 people.
Internet and TV
Connection available in every apartment. Tenants need to address the local service provider in Martin (Gaya).
Price breakdown
Monthly payment consists of:
- rent, use of the common areas and appliances (starting from 250 eur/month)
- pre-payment for utilities (electricity, hot water, heating, garbage disposal, cleaning of common premises), approx. 50-60 eur/month
Prices vary according to:
- area of apartment
- duration of contract
- special requests
Damage waiver deposit
Upon signing the contract, the tenant needs to provide a two month rental payment as a potential damage deposit. If there are no damages or debts, 100 percent of the deposit is returned upon end of contract.
Electronic door key deposit
The tenant is charged (100 percent refundable) 50 Eur deposit for electronic door key.
Free parking
Every tenant is eligible to use one parking place in front of the Villa.
Policy rules
NO PETS anywhere in the building.
NO SMOKING anywhere in the building.
Failure to observe the above mentioned rules will result in immediate termination of contract.
Observe quiet period, from 10 PM till 7 AM.
Referee discounts
If you recommend our apartments to your friends and they sign a contract, your rent will be lower. Contact us for specific bonuses and discounts.
