What data we process
This website contains no contact form and collects nothing that you would type into it.
Accommodation enquiries
If you send us an e-mail or call us, we process the data you provide yourself (your name, e-mail address, telephone number and the content of your message), solely in order to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to negotiate a rental contract.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Retention: correspondence relating to an enquiry is kept for at most 12 months after it has been dealt with. If a rental contract is concluded, the data is kept for the duration of the contract and afterwards for the period required by Slovak accounting and tax legislation (Act No. 431/2002 Coll.).
Traffic analytics
We use Matomo Analytics on this website to understand how the site is used and to improve it over time. Matomo is configured to collect as little data as possible.
We use no cookies for traffic measurement. Matomo neither stores nor reads any data on your device while tracking. For that reason we do not ask you for consent. The only exception arises if you opt out below — a single technical cookie is then stored to remember your decision.
We do not keep your IP address. It is truncated (anonymised) before storage and is never kept in full. Only the anonymised address is used to derive an approximate country or city; we do not determine your precise location.
Matomo processes in particular:
- the pages you visit and the time spent on them
- the page you arrived from
- clicks on links and downloaded files
- device, browser and operating system type, and screen resolution
- an approximate location derived from the anonymised IP address
Because we use no cookies, Matomo distinguishes visits using a temporary identifier derived from browser settings. That identifier changes automatically at least every 24 hours; it cannot recognise a returning visitor and cannot track you across other websites.
Legal basis: the controller’s legitimate interest in measuring and improving the content of the website, under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Processor: the analytics tool is operated for us by InnoCraft Ltd. (Matomo Cloud). Data is processed on servers in Germany (Frankfurt), that is, within the European Union.
Retention: analytics data is kept for at most 24 months, after which it is deleted automatically.
Opting out: you can switch traffic measurement off at any time using the control below.
Recipients of personal data
The recipient of your personal data is Nové Technológie spol. s r.o. For website traffic measurement, InnoCraft Ltd. (Matomo Cloud) acts as our processor.
The map on the Contact page
The Contact page embeds a map from OpenStreetMap. We deliberately do not use Google Maps — OpenStreetMap stores no cookies on your device and is not part of any advertising network.
When the map loads, your IP address and browser details are transmitted to servers of the OpenStreetMap Foundation (United Kingdom), which operates the map. The United Kingdom is covered by a European Commission adequacy decision. For details see the OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy.
Transfers to third countries
We do not transfer your personal data to third countries. The only exception is loading the map on the Contact page, operated by the OpenStreetMap Foundation, based in the United Kingdom (see “The map on the Contact page”).
Automated decision-making
We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making or profiling.
Your rights as a data subject
As a data subject you have the right:
- to request access to your personal data
- to request rectification of your personal data
- to request erasure of your personal data
- to request restriction of processing
- to object to the processing of your personal data
- to data portability
You can exercise these rights by e-mail at roman.palutka@dreamreality.sk or in writing at the company’s registered address.
Complaint to the supervisory authority
If you believe we process your personal data contrary to the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava.
